In a Nutshell
We are a bunch of interesting, fun loving individuals from all walks of life and type of backgrounds with one common goal in mind – to become a True Believer and an active Disciple of Jesus Christ.
United Body of Christ Ministries is a voluntarily, non-profit, non-denominational ministry utilising an exciting and unique "gapless" curriculum to motivate, train and equip individuals to become true, active Disciples in service of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We are committed to adhere to His "Great Commandment" and support Him in His effort to establish the Kingdom of His Father (Our Father) on earth, until Jesus comes again.
Meetings are very informal and we offer a Discipleship School and Fellowship every Sunday afternoon with celebrations or special events on Saturday evenings. We uphold the 5-fold ministry and offer members the opportunity to discover and serve in new ministries within the Body of Christ.
Join ANY TIME - There is no “start” date!
We present the introduction session, week 1, week 2, week 3 and so on EVERY WEEK.
Classes even continue during school holidays!
We only close during long weekends and the week before Christmas until the week after New Year.
Although we are experiencing a rapidly growing number in members, we will do everything within our power to retain the intimate "small group" feel. We go out of our way to offer the opportunity and setting for our members to get to know each other and establish great friendships. We believe you cannot call a person your “brother” and “sister” in Christ and don’t even know his or her name.
People of all ages and colors who understand English are welcome. Lectures are mainly presented in a video and/or multi-media format in English and are presented by individuals from all walks of life and denominations. Our Teachers are some of the greatest who ever walked on the face of earth and some of them are even dead! (Yeah! We show you the video - we refrain from worshipping the dead!)
From our experience we have learned that the devil especially affects our finances and marriages when we are not in a close relationship with our Heavenly Father. We therefor focus on the 3 pillars of life: God, finances and relationships especially within the marriage.
